These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for AP Coaching & Consulting located at Paris, France herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of Our products, including online courses.

By purchasing The Courage to Be Seen + Live Coaching Workshop with Adrienne Partridge, Ph.D., and Keirin Brown you agree to the following:

This workshop and live coaching hour is for educational, personal development, and leadership development purposes only. It is not therapy, group therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Although Adrienne Partridge holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and Keirin Brown is a Yoga Therapist and Somatic Coach, participation in this live coaching hour does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, doctor-client, psychologist-client, attorney-client, financial advisor-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

Any coaching, reflections, prompts, or guidance offered during the session are intended to support your self-awareness and personal growth. You are fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results during and after the session.

Because this is a live experience, you understand that other participants may share personal or professional reflections. By participating, you agree to respect the confidentiality of the group and not share, repeat, record, screenshot, or disclose another participant’s personal information, story, comments, or coaching outside of the session.

Please also respect your own privacy and only share what you feel comfortable sharing in a group setting. While participants are asked to honor confidentiality, AP Coaching & Consulting cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of this event, there are no refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations once your purchase is complete, whether or not you attend live.

AP Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these terms, without refund.
