The Courage to Speak Up Workshop
Be seen, own the room, and stop editing yourself down – at work and in relationships.
Facilitated by:
Keirin Brown, Somatic Coach & Adrienne Partridge, Ph.D., Organizational Psychologist
Do you tend to do any of the these?
✅ Sit quietly in meetings, wanting to share your idea, then watch someone else say the exact thing you were thinking
✅ Often say "I'm fine" to someone you love when you aren't fine at all
✅ Minimize your successes like a promotion or happy life event because you don't want to outshine a colleague or friend
✅ Let things go that bother you with your partner or friends because the harder, more honest conversations feels like it could lead to rejection
✅ Smile and nod in agreement with a room full of people, even though you disagree
✅ Hold back from asking for what you actually want like the raise at work or more support from someone you love
If you nodded yes to any of these — The Courage To Be Seen Workshop was designed for you.

Imagine this…
🔥 You let yourself be fully seen as you — and experience deeper, more meaningful relationships because people know the real you.
🔥 You feel confident and at ease expressing yourself. No more shrinking, filtering, or a fixation with managing how you're perceived.
🔥 You confidently raise your hand, share your ideas, and go after opportunities.
🔥 You bring more of your creativity into the world because you know that your ideas and gifts make a big impact.
🔥 You feel more alive, vibrant, and fully expressed — and people start to notice your radiance.
🔥No more looping the same "I should have said..." moment for days because you can finally ask for what you want, at work and in relationships, without bracing for the worst.
This is what happens when you stop hiding and start trusting that who you really are is enough…and it feels good to finally let the world see it.
Courage to Speak Up is an interactive workshop + live coaching experience that blends nervous-system science with somatic practices, so you can stop editing yourself down and start speaking up, taking up space, and asking for what you actually want. At work. In your relationships. Everywhere you've been holding back and wishing you weren't.
You will learn how to:
✨ Grow your capacity to let yourself be seen for who you are, no matter how people respond or what the outcome is
✨ Recognize and interrupt the appeasing patterns that keep you hiding — and start showing up as yourself, unapologetically
✨ Let go of needing everyone to understand, agree with, or approve of you without losing your natural empathy in the process
✨ New somatic tools you can start practicing immediately to express your ideas, opinions, needs, and desires with greater groundedness and confidence
🚀 And, you will have the opportunity (if you want) to be coached real time by Adrienne and Keirin!
